I have been doing a bunch of research on generations on <a href="http://www.thegenxfiles.com" rel="nofollow">my blog</a> but I had not heard of this one yet. Looks like a great read for us Gen X'ers. I will get a copy and review it soon. BTW, I am not sure that I agree that all prevailing wisdom was that the Gen X'ers would have it easy. Howe and Strauss predicted tough times for the Nomad generation in many of their early works. You might want to check out this post on <a href="http://www.thegenxfiles.com/2009/03/04/how-generations-predict-the-crisis-will-last-until-2025/" rel="nofollow">the crisis will last until 2025</a> which is all about the effect of generations on our current situation. Why had I not heard of this book before? I have been doing a bunch of research on generations on my blog but I had not heard of this one yet. Looks like a great read for us Gen X’ers.
